Drink garlic and ginger juice with lukewarm water. This will reduce the problem of distension in the stomach and will also provide relief from the problem of stomach pain.
Take a glass of plain water and mix baking soda, lemon and salt in that water and drink it. It is beneficial and even later the problem of nausea does not arise.
Mixing ground turmeric and salt and drinking it in a glass of lukewarm water also relieves the problem of dizziness.
Add 2 spoons of castor oil in a glass of hot milk and drink it. This provides immediate relief. The elements found in castor oil are beneficial in removing all stomach problems.
Mix equal amount of lemon in 10 grams of ginger juice and consume it. This also stops the problem of upset stomach.
