Girl dies before marriage, had left home to book lehenga, family in shock
Banda: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Banda district of UP. Here the girl died tragically in an accident before her marriage. Family members told that the girl was to get married on April 18. Earlier there was an engagement program on 4th April. For this, the girl had gone to the market with her father to book the lehenga. While returning, he was crushed by a speeding tractor on the way. His father was also seriously injured in this accident. On receiving information, the police sent the body for post-mortem. The injured has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
The matter is of Kamasin police station area. The marriage of Pooja Devi, daughter of Shivsharan Vishwakarma, resident of Tilosa village, was to take place on 18 April. There was an engagement program on 4th April. The family members were busy preparing for the wedding. On Saturday evening, Shivsharan had gone to Kamasin market with his daughter to book a lehenga for her engagement. He was returning home on scooty after taking his daughter shopping.
Then the tractor-trolley collided heavily on the way. After this the wheel passed over Pooja. This was the reason of his death. There itself. Father got injured. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. Police is taking further action. On the other hand, there is an atmosphere of mourning in the family due to the death of the daughter before marriage.
Regarding this accident, DSP Rajveer Singh said that a speeding tractor-trolley laden with bricks hit the father and daughter in Kamasin police station area. After this the girl came under the trolley. Due to this he died on the spot. Along with seizing the tractor-trolley, the driver has been taken into custody. The dead body has been sent for post-mortem. Further action is being taken after taking the complaint from the family members.
