Gold chain and one lakh cash were stolen from the house, both criminals arrested

On that report, a crime under the above mentioned section was registered in Gariaband police station and taken up for investigation. During the investigation, on the basis of information from a trusted informer, during the search of the address of the suspected accused, the suspected accused was taken into custody from Gariaband bus stand and interrogated, who confessed to the crime.
Hiding the blue colored Jupiter Scooty used in the incident in his house, accused Cheman Dewan, father Raising Dewan. The 19 year old was arrested, produced before the Honorable Court and sent to jail.
Respectively, in the second case, the applicant came to Mansingh Thakur police station and submitted a written application and lodged a report that on the intervening night of 10.06.2023 to 17.06.2023, an unknown thief entered his house and stole a one piece gold chain and cash worth Rs 1 lakh 5 thousand.
On the report that he had committed theft, a crime under the above mentioned section was registered in the Gariaband police station and the case was taken up for investigation. On interrogating the suspect, the struggling child confessed to his crime and the struggling child was arrested against the law and presented to the court.
