Grand devotional cultural program will be organized in Chhattisgarh on 22 January
Raipur. On the occasion of ‘Shri Ramlala Pran Pratistha Ramotsav’ being organized in Ayodhya, grand devotional cultural programs will be organized across Chhattisgarh on 22 January. Programs will be organized in at least one prestigious temple of every district headquarters and development block, along with this, special programs will also be organized at the places of Ram Vanagaman Path. Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain gave detailed information to all the collectors regarding the outline of the event in the virtual meeting held in the CHIPS conference room today.
Secretary of Culture Department, Mr. Anbalagan P. told in the meeting that organizing of cultural programs should be ensured at the district and development block level. He said that such events should be organized with the participation of Janmanas and Manas Mandalis, local urban bodies, gram panchayats, private institutions, religious trusts and temple committees. Grand programs should be organized in coordination and cooperation with these institutions.
Arrangements for lamp lighting, lamp donation and lighting should be made on 22 January in at least one prestigious temple in every development block level. A program of Manas singing by 5 Manas troupes of the area should be organized in the temple premises. Such programs should be organized in at least one reputed temple in every district headquarters. Divisional Commissioners and Collectors from across the state were involved in the meeting through video conferencing.
