Kanker. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and Priyanka Gandhi have reached the helipad located at Bhanupratap Dev College Ground, Govindpur Kanker. MLA Shishupal Sori, Savitri Mandavi, Anup Nag and other public representatives, officials and common people of the district welcomed him cordially at the helipad. After some time, a social fabric booklet based on the traditions and beliefs of tribal communities will be released by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in the ceremony. Based on the cultural customs and various types of birth-death rituals, festivals, various traditions and beliefs prevalent in the life of the people of major tribal communities living in Bastar division like God, Halba, Bhatra, Dhurwa, Munda, Muria, Koya community. A booklet titled Social Fabric is being published by Bastar Area Tribal Development Authority. These books have been transcribed by representatives of the respective societies.
