Prayagraj: Hearing has been completed in the High Court on the petition filed against the ASI survey of Gyanvapi adjacent to Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi. The court has reserved the verdict. The verdict will be pronounced on August 3. Till then the ban on the survey will also remain in force. On the orders of the Supreme Court, Justice Pritinkar Diwakar, Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court, heard the matter for the second consecutive day. Along with the lawyers of the Hindu and Muslim parties, the lawyers of the women who filed the suit were also present. Advocate General of UP Government and Additional Director General of ASI Alok Tripathi was also present.
The Allahabad High Court, after hearing both the sides, has reserved its decision till August 3 and till then the survey has been stayed. Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, representing the Hindu side in the Gyanvapi Masjid case, has said this
