Hanuman ji was insulted and the idol was tampered with

Janjgir-Champa. The idol of Lord Hanuman installed on the banks of the pond in village Kataud of the district has been tampered with. Stones and soil have been placed in front of the idol. The pandal decorated with archway was demolished and thrown on the roadside. In the CCTV camera, 10 to 15 youths are seen roaming at the spot at night at the time of the incident. The incident took place in Navagarh police station area.

In fact, in village Kataud on Wednesday night, 10 to 15 youths were captured on CCTV cameras roaming in the village and abusing Hindu deities. He also has sticks and weapons in his hands. The idol of Hanuman ji has been installed on the banks of the village pond. Miscreants have placed stones and soil in front of the idol and tried to break it by tampering with the idol of Hanuman ji.

The miscreants broke the pandal decorated with toran on Hanuman Jayanti and also removed the toran and threw it in the road. After knowing about this incident on Thursday morning, a crowd of Bajrang Dal, Sarva Hindu Organization and villagers gathered near the statue. Angry people tried to block the road.
