High court issued notice to Pahlajani Hospital
Accusing the Pahlajani Test Tube Baby Centre in Raipur of swapping the baby, the parents have filed a petition in the High Court and have made two demands. They have requested for action against the two doctors involved in the fraud and to get their child back. Pahlajani Test Tube Baby Centre
The petition of the parents was heard in the division bench of Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha and Justice Ravindra Agarwal. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the Chief Justice has issued notice to two doctors and sought their reply.
It has been told in the petition that they were getting treatment in this center for two years. Twins were born, one son and one daughter. But later two girls were kept. When the hospital management did not hear the complaint, a DNA test was done, in which the DNA of one girl did not match. After the preliminary hearing, the bench of Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha and Justice Ravindra Kumar Agarwal has issued notice to two doctors of Pahlajani Test Tube Centre.
