High Court said a big thing regarding the bad assembly road issue

Raipur. Chhattisgarh High Court had ordered the Sub Divisional Officer Bilaspur to submit an affidavit regarding land acquisition near Sendri Bypass in the case of In Reference Road of Chhattisgarh, as per the previous order. When asked for time to comply with this, ordered to submit the affidavit as soon as possible.

Today, Justice Amicus Curiae Rajeev Srivastava and Prateek Sharma presented before the court the report on the condition of the road between Mungeli to Pandariya, Pandariya to Kawardha and Kawardha to Mungeli. Also presented a report about the damage to the assembly road from National Highway near Dhaneli to reach Raipur Airport. On this, the High Court ordered to submit the status report immediately. This case was heard by the double bench of Honorable Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha and Justice Ravindra Aggarwal. The High Court ordered the case to be listed before the court again on February 19.
