High speed took the lives of two youths. In the head-on collision between a traveler and a bike, two bikers died on the spot, while the traveler overturned on the road. During this time, four passengers sitting in the Traveler were also injured. At the same time, this accident which happened at 12:30 in the night also shows the failure of the police.
It is being told that this accident occurred at 12:30 pm, after which the road was diverted to one side but the Traveler who overturned on the road was picked up from the road with the help of a crane at around 12:00 pm on Monday and taken to the police station. There was traffic jam on Chandigarh Manali National Highway since morning. The same drivers cursed the police administration fiercely. People say that since the incident occurred late at night, the vehicles should have been removed from here by morning so that people do not have to face problems. People coming to the district headquarters had to face a lot of problems due to the vehicles lying on the road. People reached the district headquarters at 12:00. Giving information about the debris lying on the road and speeding, ASP Mandi Sagar Chandra said that both the drivers were speeding. He has also informed that excavation was done by NHAI on the roadside and the debris was lying on the road. The debris lying on the road is also believed to be the cause of the accident, the police has started investigating it.
