Himachal: Sanawar School bids farewell to graduating batch
Himachal Pradesh: Lawrence School, Sanawar recently organised a special assembly to bid farewell to the graduating batch of 2025. The ceremony celebrated the journey of the students and their achievements, which was an emotional yet joyous moment for the school community. Kasauli MLA and 2000 batch alumnus Vinod Sultanpuri was present at the event. He shared memories of his time spent at the school and encouraged the graduating batch to take on the challenges ahead with grit and determination.
The assembly also saw the distribution of School Colours for outstanding performance, along with certificates of merit and proficiency to students who excelled in academics, co-curricular activities, social service, environmental protection, school flag parade and leadership. Head Boy Shivansh Sangwan and Head Girl Gayatri Sood delivered emotional farewell speeches, reflecting on their memories and the indelible impact the school has had on their lives. Principal Himmat Singh Dhillon urged the graduating batch to carry forward the school’s values and ethos in all their future endeavours. The special assembly concluded with the handing over of the school flag to the Principal by the Head Boy and Head Girl, followed by the singing of the school song, leaving all those present with a sense of pride, gratitude and anticipation for the bright future of the young graduates.
