His nude video went viral, YouTuber lodged complaint

Mumbai: A 21-year-old YouTuber from Mumbai has filed a complaint at the Bandra Police Station after someone allegedly gained unauthorized access to the footage of the CCTV camera installed in his apartment and shared his nude video on social media platforms.

The incident took place on 17th November, but it came to light when it went viral on 9th December. After this the victim lodged a complaint at Bandra Police Station. In his complaint, he told that one of his friends called him and told that his nude videos were going viral on social media.

The YouTuber then checked the video and found that it was from the CCTV camera he had installed in his room for his security. The officer said a case has been registered against unidentified persons under sections of the Indian Penal Code, including defamation, and the Information Technology Act.

Investigation is going on.
