Honor 100 and 100 Pro will be launched on November 23, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset may be introduced.

Honor 100 series is expected to be launched on November 23, mentioned the company today. The two smartphones that are offered in the series include Honor 100 as well as Honor 100 Pro. Both the smartphones offer 50MP primary cameras along with OIS which are housed in a unique camera island.

The Honor 100 as well as the Honor 100 Pro are already listed by all major retailers in China. However, the specs and pricing of the devices are yet to be unveiled. The Honor 100 series will have popular actor Yang Tang as the brand ambassador. This might not be a surprise, as he was the ambassador in previous series too.

Even though the 100 series is a mid-range device, one of the phone is certified with 100W charging support. This is quite surprising as the Magic 5 Pro as well as Magic V2 have lower charging speed. Another rumor about the devices have suggested that Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset will be available on the 100 Pro.

We expect the company to announce some features about the upcoming device before the official launch. Honor might soon tease some specifications of the device.
