House fire: 16 people rescued, video surfaced
New Delhi: At least 16 people, including six children and seven women, were rescued after a house caught fire in Delhi. A fire department official gave this information on Sunday. According to Delhi Fire Service (DFS) Director Atul Garg, information about fire in a house near PNB, Sabzi Mandi, Ghanta Ghar was received at 7:38 am. Garg said, “A total of 8 fire tenders were sent to the spot. The fire was caused by an LPG cylinder explosion.” “The fire has been brought under control and 16 people, including three men, seven women and six children, were rescued,” Garg said, adding that the fire broke out on the second floor of the house.
