How to make Rava Toast at home

Material

Half cup rava (semolina)
half small cup curd
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 small finely chopped onion
1 small finely chopped tomato
1 small finely chopped capsicum
finely chopped coriander
half teaspoon sugar
salt as per taste
6 bread slices
Half cup green chutney
2 spoons butter or ghee

Method

– First of all, add half cup rava (semolina), half cup curd and half small cup water in a bowl and mix.
– Now add finely chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli and coriander and mix.
– Now add half teaspoon sugar and salt in it. Grated cheese and carrots can be added to it.
– Keep this mixture aside for 10 minutes. Till then take bread slices and spread green chutney on it.
– If you want, you can remove the edges of the bread. Now spread the rava mixture over the bread.
– Now heat a pan. Apply butter or ghee on it. Bake the side of the bread on which the mixture has been applied first.
– Now apply butter on the upper side and when the lower part is cooked, turn the bread and cook from the other side.
– Bake all the slices in this manner. Now it can be served like this or you can also cut it from the middle and make two pieces.
– Eat Rava toast with chutney or sauce. Serve juice or tea along with it.
