HP NEWS: Girl raped after making friends on social media

Bilaspur. A case of rape has been registered in the women’s police station Bilaspur. The girl has reached the women’s police station with her family and lodged a complaint. In her complaint, the girl has accused a young man of rape. The girl said that she lives in a quarter with her sister. About a year ago, she got acquainted with a young man on social media. After this, the young man started calling her on her mobile.

One day the young man took her to his friend’s quarter, where he forcibly had physical relations. Apart from this, he also beat her. By threatening her, the young man made her a victim of lust many times. Due to fear, the girl could not tell her story to anyone. When the arbitrariness of the young man increased, she mustered courage and told the whole thing to her family. The girl has alleged that the young man is constantly harassing her and forcing her to commit suicide. On the other hand, DSP Headquarters Madan Dhiman said that the police has registered a case on the basis of the complaint of the victim girl. The police is investigating the matter.
