Husband murdered his wife, police engaged in investigation

Jhajjar. A case of brutal murder of a person has come to light in Badli town of the district. The person was murdered by being hit with a stone and crushed by a car. A stone and car tire marks were found in a bloody state near the dead body. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and took possession of the body and sent it to Bahadurgarh General Hospital for post-mortem. DSP Dharamveer Singh said that the police had received information about a dead body lying in the fields near the KMP Expressway passing through Badli town.

On which the police reached the spot and efforts were started to identify the person. The deceased person has been identified as Praveen, resident of Khedi Aasra village. Praveen had gone to drop his wife to her maternal home yesterday and had not returned home since then. The family members had searched extensively for him but no trace of him was found. In the morning his body was found in a bloody state. Based on the statement of the family members of the deceased, the police have registered a case and started investigation. The post-mortem of the dead body has been conducted and handed over to the family members. DSP Dharamveer Singh says that the police will arrest the accused soon.
