Husband murdered wife’s friend

Raipur. Applicant Ramsharan Khelwar filed a report in Abhanpur police station that Nagesh Dhruv does building construction and contracting work in the under construction high school ground located like a village under Abhanpur police station area. Digeshwar and his wife Nagesh work as subordinates of Dhruva. On 01.11.2023, while arguing with Nagesh Dhruv for talking to his wife, Digeshwar Yadav killed Nagesh Dhruv by hitting him on the head with an iron rod kept nearby. On which crime number 489/23 section 302 IPC has been registered against accused Digeshwar Yadav in Abhanpur police station. The crime of was registered.
Taking the incident of murder seriously, Senior Superintendent of Police Prashant Aggarwal directed Additional Superintendent of Police Rural Neeraj Chandrakar, City Superintendent of Police Navaraipur Atalnagar Jitendra Chandrakar and Police Station Incharge Abhanpur to trace and arrest the accused. Under the direction of senior police officers and under the leadership of station in-charge Abhanpur, the Abhanpur police station, while interrogating the applicant and nearby people in detail regarding the incident, traced and arrested the accused Digeshwar Yadav alias Golu, involved in the case. During interrogation, the accused admitted to committing the said incident of murder. Accused Digeshwar Yadav alias Golu was arrested and the iron rod used in the incident was seized from his possession and action was taken against the accused.
