Husband shot his wife dead, husband absconding

Greater Noida. A husband shot his wife dead in Surajpur police station area of Greater Noida. After the shooting, the husband fled from the spot, and the police is searching for him.

Actually, Lalit Bansal lives with his family in Birori village of Surajpur police station area, which includes his wife Shashi (50), their two daughters and a son. One of his sons has already died, while one girl is married. At present, a daughter and son live with their parents. It is being told that for the last few days, there was an argument going on between the husband and wife over some domestic matter and the dispute was also increasing. There was a dispute between the two regarding this matter on Thursday evening also.

The dispute between the two escalated so much that Lalit opened fire on his wife Shashi. As soon as the bullet was fired, the wife fell down bleeding. The husband fled from the spot after being shot. The people of the neighborhood hurriedly took the injured woman to the hospital, where the doctors declared her dead. After the information, the police reached the spot and started investigation and took possession of the woman’s body and sent it for post-mortem. After this, the forensic team was called to the spot and evidence was collected. The husband accused of murdering his wife is absconding from the spot, teams have been formed and their search is on.
