Husband wanted to marry again, wife committed suicide

Kanker: The mother of the woman who died after being hit by a train on the railway track in Bhanupratappur is pleading for justice. She says that her daughter would never have taken such a decision. She has two children. Her husband forced her to do this. He used to threaten her of bringing a second wife every day. Troubled by such things, she embraced death. The mother demands that there should be a fair investigation in the case.

According to the information received, a woman committed suicide by jumping in front of a train in Bhanupratappur on Thursday afternoon at around 2.30 pm. On receiving the information, the police reached and tried to identify the body. The body could not be identified till evening. When the family came to know about it at night, they reached the police station.

It was told that the deceased Sangeeta Kosare and her husband Amit Kosare were married 5 years ago. They have two children. The deceased’s husband Amit Kumar is a driver. He told the police that his wife had left the house to go to the bank at 11 am on Thursday. After this, Amit and the rest of the family also got busy with their work. When the woman did not reach home till night, they started searching for her. During this time, they got information about the woman’s dead body being found on social media. On contacting the police, they got complete information about the incident.
