ICICI Bank brings digital transaction facility
ICICI Bank : There is good news for ICICI Bank customers. ICICI Bank has now brought the facility of digital transactions for its customers. ICICI Bank has provided the facility to make transactions through digital rupee. ICICI Bank said that now customers will be able to make transactions using digital rupee by scanning the QR code of any merchant.
What is the name of the app?
To transact through digital rupee, ICICI Bank customers will have to download the ‘Digital Rupee by ICICI Bank’ app. With the help of UPI, the bank has given the facility to the customers that customers will be able to transact with digital rupee by scanning the QR code of the merchant.
No merchant needs a digital rupee app
Let us tell you that it is not necessary that the merchant to whom you are making payment using QR code has a digital rupee app like you, but still that merchant can receive payment in digital form. ICICI Bank was selected to participate in the Mudra Pilot Project. This facility of ICICI Bank is available in 80 cities of the country.
How to make payment through ‘Digital Rupee by ICICI Bank’ app? First of all, install the ‘Digital Rupee by ICICI Bank’ app from your Play or App Store and log in. Then click on the Scan QR option and enter the merchant’s UPI. Scan the QR code. After this enter the amount and PIN. After entering the PIN your transaction will be completed. Users can deposit money from the savings account to the digital wallet.
The ‘Digital Rupee by ICICI Bank’ app allows users to load their digital wallet from their savings account. Where they can transfer money to others or make payments. When the wallet balance gets low, the app automatically adds money from the customer’s savings account to the wallet.
