IED blast, woman dies in the forest adjoining the village
Sukma. A tragic incident has happened in the district. A woman has died due to the blast of IED bomb planted by Naxalites. The incident has created a stir in the area. This incident is of Dabbamarka of Kistaram police station area.
According to the information, Kawasi Sukki, a resident of Dabbamarka village of Kistaram police station area, had gone out to graze cows on Sunday. The woman was walking on the footpath of the forest to graze the cows. During this, she came under the grip of a pressure IED bomb planted by Naxalites, which caused a huge explosion and she died on the spot.
The IED blast caused a sensation in the area and local people immediately reached the spot. After that, the police was informed about the incident. This incident is being told at 5 pm on Sunday. The incident has been confirmed by Sukma ASP Nikhil Rekha.
