Lucknow (IANS). Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that intoxication is the cause of destruction. Addiction is really one of the reasons for ending youth and the more we can stay away from it and promote healthy thinking, the better.
There are 9 crore youth in Uttar Pradesh. If the dreams of these 9 crore youth have to be given new flight, if Uttar Pradesh of their dreams has to be made, then they will have to be associated with this pious campaign to make them drug-free.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was speaking while inaugurating the ‘Nasha Mukt Pradesh-Shashakt Pradesh’ campaign on the occasion of International Youth Day on Saturday.
CM Yogi called upon all the youth of the state to join this biggest campaign of de-addiction. He said that the theme of International Youth Day 2023 has been kept ‘Green Skills for Youth: Towards Sustainable World’.
According to this theme, we all have to join the campaign of ‘Nasha Mukt Pradesh-Shashakt Pradesh’ to make Uttar Pradesh, the state of the country’s largest population, drug-free and empowered by drug-free.
On this occasion, CM Yogi also administered drug free oath to the youth associated with various organizations including NCC, Scout Guide present at KD Singh Babu Stadium.
CM Yogi said that UNICEF is associated with many programs within the state. All such diseases which used to swallow our youth and children over the years. Encephalitis was also one of these. When organizations like UNICEF coordinated with the Center and the State, today diseases like encephalitis have ended.
The lives of thousands of such children, who used to develop prematurely, have been saved. Remember, if this program of the government against disease can achieve success then why can’t the diseases which are created artificially by man be solved.
In the youth, thinking about the future of self, society and country, a person should weave new dreams and move forward accordingly, but at that time, if he becomes addicted to drugs, then like a termite, it makes the person hollow inside. Yes, such intoxication makes a person hollow inside.
After that the person is of no use. He cannot work hard, the system of his thinking is lost, he cannot add the firm power with which he should join in any campaign, and finally he becomes time-worn.
Giving examples, CM Yogi said that people eat tobacco, khaini, while some people eat such a spice which becomes a part of their habit. His teeth get spoiled, rot.
You can easily guess what would be the effect on the tongue, what would be the effect on the lungs, what would be the effect on the food pipe, what would be the effect on the stomach, by eating something that destroys a solid thing like teeth. .
Therefore, the more you can stay away from drugs, the more useful it will be and the more beneficial it will be for the quality of life. Fortunately, India has the maximum number of 65 crore youth in the world.
