He believes that this 8 step skin care routine can make even your dull skin glowing and is very good for anti-aging. Are wrinkles removed completely? The answer is no. If there are wrinkles on the face, they cannot be removed completely without cosmetic procedures, but it is possible that skin care may tighten your skin to some extent. In such a situation, if you have started looking older than your age, then that problem can be solved to some extent. If you start your skin care routine at the right time, you start seeing such effects within 1 week. Your skin is also a mirror of your health and sometimes it happens that you have done the right skin care, but your lifestyle and daily habits are such that it is affecting your skin. Like eating too much oily and spicy food and not using sun protection at all can have a huge impact on your skin. What to do if your skin has become very dull? If your skin has become dull, then you will have to follow such a skin care routine that provides both the necessary nutrition and anti-aging properties to your skin. 1. Exfoliate- Exfoliation is a very important thing which removes dead cells, dirt and oils from the skin. But along with this you should also keep in mind that exfoliation is good only up to a limit. If you do it too much, it can put extra pressure on the skin, which can make it worse. 2. Use face mask- Sometimes the skin needs extra help for hydration and glow. Especially Indian textured skin which already has pimples, blemishes and uneven skin tone. In such a situation, apply a face mask that suits your skin. You can also talk to an expert to know what suits your skin. 3. Hydration is very important- If you do not keep your body hydrated then your skin cannot be wrinkle free under any circumstances. Hydration of the skin is very important and for this you will not only have to use water based or oil based natural products but you will also have to take care of your diet. 4. Do not bathe with hot water- If your skin seems looser than necessary and you are continuously bathing with hot water, then it will not be good for the skin. The glow and plumpness of the skin reduces by bathing with hot water. If you want, you can use lukewarm water, but do not use hot water. Hot water dries the skin and creates scope for new skin wrinkles to form. 5. Don’t forget moisturizer- If your skin is oily then use water based moisturizer and if your skin is very dry then use cream based moisturizer, but do it. This is important to make your skin tight and glowing. 6. Use skin serum- For your skin, choose such serums which are not very oily and get absorbed into the skin. Vitamin C serum can prove to be very good for your skin. Use as many products as possible which contain natural ingredients and suit your skin. 7. Do not start the day without sunscreen- Many people think that if they are indoors then there is no need to apply sunscreen, but this is not true. Our skin needs protection from sunlight even indoors and hence use of sunscreen is very important. 8. Use retinol- Retinol is an anti-aging ingredient currently recommended by many experts to tighten the skin. You can use retinol in many ways and after talking to an expert, you should know about the retinol product and the method of applying it according to your skin. All these steps are part of the regular skin care routine and you should always follow them. If you take care of your skin in this way, your skin will look more glowing and youthful.
