In Gharsana Court Complex S.N. Vyas inaugurated the Ideal Legal Services Center
Gharsana taluka has been declared as Model Legal Services Center by the Honorable State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur as a remote taluka of the district. The ‘Adarsh Legal Services Center’ has been inaugurated on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Mr. Satyanarayan Vyas, District Legal Services Authority (District and Sessions Judge) Sriganganagar in the Gharsana court premises.
Mr. S.N. Vyas informed that by adopting a remote taluka located in all the seven divisions of the state as a pilot project by the State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur, that taluka has been declared as ‘Adarsh Legal Services Centre’. Mr. S.N. Vyas said that by setting up an Adarsh Legal Services Center in Gharsana, the provision of services as prescribed in the Legal Services Act, 1987 will be available to the eligible persons and legal services will be accessible to the last person in the public. During this inauguration ceremony, the Secretary of District Legal Services Authority Shri Gajendra Singh Tenguriya (Additional District and Sessions Judge) Sriganganagar was also present.
An awareness camp on de-addiction was organized under Navchetna Life Skill and Drug Education Module under the chairmanship of Mr. SN Vyas, President, District Legal Services Authority, Sriganganagar. Under which Mr. SN Vyas gave detailed information about the side effects of drugs, as well as detailed information about the act related to drugs.
Mr. Tenguriya (ADJ), Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Sriganganagar informed that Gharsana, a remote taluka of Sriganganagar district of Bikaner division has been selected as ‘Model Legal Services Center’ by the State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur. For the implementation of the scheme, Mr. Tenguria told that in the Adarsh Legal Services Center, CIS. There will be facility of online application for e-filing, e-pay, e-court fees, online fine payment and certified copies. Along with this, the next date of hearing, the facility of booking e-meeting appointments to meet relatives in jail, along with the settlement of traffic challans in virtual courts, as well as the facility of online compounding of traffic challans and other minor offenses, among others. Various types of facilities will also be available, for which the duty of one employee and two PLVs has been imposed from Taluka Legal Services Committee, Gharsana. On this occasion, Mrs. Renu Jakhar, Pradhan Panchayat Samiti announced construction of two rooms on behalf of Panchayat Samiti Gharsana for Ideal Legal Services Center.
During the inauguration ceremony of Adarsh Legal Services Center, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Goyal, Ati. Charge, President, Taluka Legal Services Committee (Additional District and Sessions Judge) Gharsana, Mrs. Vijayashree Rawat, Judicial Magistrate, Gharsana, Mrs. Amita Bishnoi Sub-Divisional Officer, Gharsana, Smt.
