In UP’s Kanpur, the Peshkar fraudulently prepared the bail order
Kanpur (IANS). A big fraud has come to light in the POCSO court in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. By forging the order of cancellation of bail by the court, the order of acceptance of bail was made and after accepting the bail, the accused was released from jail.
On the complaint of the victim’s advocate, the district judge got the inquiry done. The accused went to the house of the victim’s family and threatened to withdraw the case. After this the matter was revealed. He has been suspended after the connivance of the court presenter came to the fore.
Tahrir has also been given in Kotwali to file a report on behalf of the victim. On June 6, a girl resident of Pipauri, Gujaini in Kanpur was raped by neighbor Narendra Sachan after entering her house.
The lawyer of Narendra Sachan, accused of raping a child, had filed a bail application in the special POCSO court of Additional District Judge-25. Which was rejected by the court.
The court order was also uploaded on the online e-court portal. Even after this Narendra came out of jail within just a week and threatened to go to the house of the victim’s family. He said withdraw the case, otherwise I will kill the whole family.
The victim’s advocate Naresh Mishra knew that the bail plea had been rejected. He too was stunned when the accused came out. When he inquired about it in the court, it came to know that the bail application was rejected, but the pleader of the concerned court, the advocate of the accused and the advocate in connivance prepared a forged paper attached to the order of acceptance of the order of cancellation of bail. After this Narendra’s bail was filed and his release certificate was sent to jail.
Now, on the complaint of the victim’s family, the police station of Kotwali police station has registered an FIR against rape accused Narendra Sachan, court presenter Ashwani and advocate in the case for preparation of forged documents and other serious sections including cheating.
Joint Police Commissioner Anand Prakash Tiwari said that the presenter, lawyer and advocate who got bail for the accused of rape by fake order will be arrested and sent to jail as soon as possible.
Advocate Naresh Mishra said that on August 10, a complaint was made to the district judge, on which the district judge had sealed the related file by appointing an inquiry officer. After this, threats were being given continuously by the accused involved in forgery.
Significantly, the laborer couple living in Pipauri of Gujaini police station area of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh went on duty on June 6, 2023. During this, there was a 13-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son at home. Narendra Sachan, who lives in the locality, knocked on the door after seeing the girl alone.
Inquiring about his father, he entered inside and caught hold of his mouth. On trying to scream, he was beaten and tied his hand with a scarf and stuffed a cloth in his mouth. After this, he raped and said that if I tell anyone, I will kill the whole family along with you.
On the Tahrir of the child’s father, a report was registered against the accused Narendra Sachan under rape, POCSO Act and other serious sections. Two days later, the Gujaini police arrested Narendra Sachan by raiding and sent him to jail.
