India is a ray of hope for the world: Prime Minister Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to the media on the premises of Parliament today (Thursday) in the backdrop of the Budget session. On this occasion, he mentioned the free trade agreement signed with the European Union (EU). He said that the agreement is a good sign. He spoke in a budget tone saying Reform-Perform-Transform.

Prime Minister Modi said that India is currently moving ahead in the Reform Express and long-pending problems are being solved. He also said that technology is not a substitute for humans. He said that the President’s speech reflected the self-confidence of the people. He said that India is a ray of hope for the world and India is moving towards development in all fields. He said that MPs should work for a developed India.

The Prime Minister said that the world is looking at India as a stable country as it is finding solutions to pending issues. He said that new market opportunities will be available with the trade deal. He said that he wants manufacturers to benefit from them and to provide quality products to the 27 countries of the EU. He commented that we will compete with technology, we will embrace it, we will accept its potential, but it will not replace humans.
