Interior Odisha experiences coldest day of all time in April

Bhubaneswar: Thursday was the coldest day of April in interior parts of Odisha due to a significant drop in day temperatures due to rain and cloudy sky, the regional center of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in a post here. Broke all time records. X. Titilagarh: 24 °C (previous record 28.5 °C, 4 April 2008, since 1952 till date) Sambalpur: 25.7 °C (previous record 25.7 °C, 7 April 2008, since 1952 till now) Hirakud: 26.1 °C ( Previous record 27.6°C, 22 April 2023, 1973 to present) Angul: 26.7°C (Previous record 27.7°C, 6 April 2008, 1921 to present)
