Inventurus Knowledge Solutions raises Rs 1120.18 crore from anchor investors
Mumbai Mumbai: Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited raised ₹1120.18 crore from 61 anchor investors at ₹1,329/- per equity share (including share premium of ₹1,328/- per equity share). Out of the total 8,428,730 equity shares allotted to anchor investors, 2,809,577 equity shares (i.e., 33.33% of the total allocation to anchor investors) were allotted to 12 domestic mutual funds who applied through a total of 23 schemes. These include Fidelity Funds, Government Pension Fund Global, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Prudential Hong Kong, WF Asian Reconnaissance Fund, Destinations International Equity Fund, TIMF Holdings, HSBC Global, Pictet, Pinebridge Global Funds, Societe Generale, Integrated Core Strategies and Makrana Dunmore Singapore Fund.
