Stock Market: On Friday (22 September), two IPOs were listed in the stock market. Zaggle Prepaid Ocean IPO shares are listed at a discount, while SAMHI Hotels IPO is listed at a premium.
Zagal Prepaid Shares on BSE at Rs. 162, while the issue price is Rs. Was 164. That means the share is worth Rs 10. Listed at a discount of 2. Shares traded on NSE at Rs. 164 was listed. Earlier, the IPO of Jagal Prepaid had closed with 12.86 times subscription. The company spent Rs. Out of which Rs 563 crore was collected. A sale offer of Rs 171 crore was made.

Fintech company Jeagle provides prepaid expense management. As per data till March 2023, the company has so far issued more than 5 crore prepaid cards in partnership with banks and served more than 22.7 lakh users. It provides fintech and software-as-a-service (SaaS) products to companies in banking and finance, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, FMCG, infra and automobile industries. Talking about the financial health of the company, its net profit in the last financial year 2023 was Rs. 22.90 crore and income Rs. 554.58 crores.
Samhi Hotel List
SAMHI Hotels IPO on BSE with a light premium of Rs. Listed at 130.55. Shares traded on NSE at Rs. Was listed at 134.50. While the issue price was Rs 126. Earlier on the last day, the IPO had closed at 5.57 times. The company spent Rs. Rs 1370 crore was raised, of which OFS raised Rs 1370 crore. 170 crores.

The company operates 31 hotels in 14 cities of the country. The company’s hotels include Bengaluru, Hyderabad, National Capital Region (NCR), Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad. Additionally, two hotels with a total of 461 rooms are under construction in Kolkata and Navi Mumbai. Samhi Hotels’ net loss for the financial year ending March 31, 2023 stood at Rs. 338.59 crores. Income Rs. 761.43 crores. A year ago, in the financial year ending March 2022, the company had reported a net loss of Rs. 443.25 crore, while income from operations was Rs. 333.10 crores.
