Apple on Monday released the latest OS version iOS 17.2 update along with iPadOS 17.2 update for iPhone and iPads. All compatible iPhones and iPads can download the latest iOS and iPadOS updates. According to the tech giant, the latest iOS 17.2 brings security fixes, patches, new features, and improvements for supported iPhones.

Apple released iOS 17.2 update for iPhones after weeks of testing. With the update, users will get support for the much-awaited Journal app, recording spatial videos, new weather widget, AirDrop improvements, and improvements to the Messages app. Additionally, the update brings the ability to translate phrases for the iPhone 15 Pro’s action buttons.
The new Journal app, which lets you record about small moments and big events in your life with data from your phone, was announced at WWDC in June. Users can lock the Journal using Face ID or Touch ID.
The new update also brings Qi2 wireless charging support for the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 series.
