Gariaband: An ITBP jawan was martyred in an IED blast by Naxalites in Gariaband. Regarding the attack, IG Raipur Range Arif Sheikh said that when the polling party was returning from Bade Gobra polling station, the Naxalites had carried out an IED blast targeting the polling party.
ITBP head constable Joginder Singh died in the blast. The polling party and EVM machine have reached Gariaband safely.
