It’s a great feeling to see Punjabi music growing globally: Randeep Hooda

Mumbai (IANS). Actor Randeep Hooda, who recently entered the field of music videos with the track ‘Zohrazbeen’, is happy with Punjabi music spreading across the world.

The actor shared that the last 12 months have been exciting for him as he got the opportunity to play a variety of characters in the OTT space and now act in music videos, which he described as a great experience.

Randeep Hooda said, “From stepping into the OTT space to playing a Sikh for the first time to playing a dabang UP cop, this year has been a year of many firsts for me. Apart from this, just being an actor From becoming a writer, director and producer of Savarkar’s biopic, making a music video was one such step.

She further added, “To step out of my comfort zone, it was the right thing to do in a music video and I am so glad I did. B Praak is one of the best and biggest singers. Moreover, not only is the song great but its sound is also very unusual. There is a lot of anger and pain in his songs, especially ‘Zohrazbeen’, written by Jaani. It was a pleasure to track its title.
It is great to see that Punjabi music is making waves globally.”

Apart from this, her fans are eagerly waiting for Randeep Hooda’s upcoming film ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’, in which she is all set to play the lead role.
