Punjab: Police have arrested a parole jumper, who was absconding for the last two decades. The suspect has been identified as Bhupinder Lal, a resident of Lakhanpal village here. According to the information, a case has been registered against Bhupinder under Section 15 of the NDPS Act. After being convicted, he was sentenced to prison.
