Jalandhar: Wrestlers from Raipur Dabba Academy Win Gold Medal at State Championship

Jalandhar: Wrestlers Suraj (70 kg) and Karan Veer Sangha from the Raipur Dabba Academy in Phagwara won gold medals in their respective categories at the Punjab State Wrestling Championship, held at the Lang Stadium. India’s former Chief National Wrestling Coach, P.R. Sondhi, lauded the achievement of these young wrestlers and praised their hard work and dedication. He stated that, thanks to consistent training and proper guidance, these wrestlers have acquired the potential to deliver outstanding performances at both national and international levels. This achievement has brought glory to the wrestling academy and has also highlighted the emerging talent in the sport of wrestling from this region.
