Janata Congress complained to the Election Commission

Raipur: Janata Congress Chhattisgarh J has complained against BJP to the Election Commission on Monday. JCCJ alleges that BJP is trying to influence the voting by distributing false chargesheet against party candidate Sagar Singh Bais in Lormi Assembly. Jogi Congress spokesperson Bhagwanu Nayak said that in Lormi, BJP is distributing pamphlets making false and baseless allegations against our official candidate Sagar Singh Bais. Bhagwanu Nayak said that BJP is seeing its defeat somewhere in the elections. Bhagwanu Nayak said that BJP is scared, hence it is trying to defame Lormi candidate by distributing false chargesheet. In this regard, we have complained to Chief Electoral Officer Reena Baba Saheb Kangale.

He has assured that this will be stopped after talking to the collector. Janata Congress Chhattisgarh (J) has written in a complaint letter to the Chief Electoral Officer that the Bharatiya Janata Party is distributing pamphlets against the Jogi Congress candidate from Lormi, in which Sagar Singh has been accused of being involved in a displacement scam of Rs 2.42 crore, gambling, betting and ganja smuggling. Serious allegations have been made like cow smuggling, taking commission in exchange for providing benefits to people under government schemes, which are completely baseless and untrue. Bhagwanu Nayak said that the name of the publisher in the pamphlet is clearly Bharatiya Janata Party, Chhattisgarh. BJP distributing pamphlets against Janata Congress Chhattisgarh (J) candidate by making false allegations is a violation of the code of conduct. This will affect the process of conducting fair elections in the area. We demand and request the Chief Electoral Officer to take immediate cognizance of this serious matter and take action.
