Jaunpur: Youth injured by beating dies in hospital, two accused arrested

Jaunpur. A person injured by beating in a land dispute on Sunday afternoon in Rajapur village of Rampur police station area died in the trauma center during treatment. Police arrested both the accused on the complaint of family members. A case of murder has been registered against both of them and action is being taken.

According to the complaint, Shivshankar Yadav (48), resident of Sorha Fattanpur, had gone to Rampur market on Sunday afternoon. While returning home, Santosh Yadav and Ramdular Yadav, residents of Sorha village, beat him severely in front of Gandhauna school. The police had sent the injured to CHC Rampur. The family took him to Trauma Center Varanasi for better treatment. Shivshankar died here.

According to the police, there was a land dispute going on between Santosh Yadav and Shivshankar Yadav for the last several years. In this regard, Police Station Head Vikram Laxman Singh said that there was a fight on Sunday afternoon, a case has been registered on the complaint of the family members. Both the accused have been arrested.

Shivshankar could not marry his daughters
Wife Nagina Devi is heartbroken after the death of her husband Shivshankar Yadav, a resident of Sorha village of the police station area. Whoever is coming home to console her, the wife is fainting crying saying how will her daughter’s hands turn yellow. Hearing this, the eyes of the people present also became moist. Along with farming, the deceased Shivshankar used to work as a technician (making DTH). The husband and wife were somehow supporting the life of their six children by farming. Deceased Shivshankar Yadav has three sons and three daughters. One daughter, Sona Yadav, is married, while the marriage of Karishma Yadav (22) and Kiran Yadav (19) is scheduled to take place on April 26. Sons are Krishna (16), Shivkaran (10) and Shivam (7). Nagina Devi is now worried about the yellowing of her two daughters’ hands after her husband’s death.
