Jewelery worth lakhs crossed in 3 hours, case registered
Indore. The morale of the miscreants in the city has become so high that now they are not desisting from committing crimes even in broad daylight. On Sunday, miscreants attacked an abandoned house in Mahalaxmi Nagar located in Lasudia police station area and escaped with jewelery and cash worth lakhs.
It is being told that the miscreants had entered through the roof of the neighbour’s house which was locked nearby. The miscreants committed this incident between 6 pm and 9 pm. Meanwhile, there was hustle and bustle here, but no one was allowed to notice. According to the police, Pawan Jain had gone with his family to a relative’s wedding ceremony in Mhow. After returning from there, he went to the farm house located in Simrol around 6 pm.
When Jain returned home from the farm house at around 9 pm, the main gate was locked. When I went inside, I saw that the stuff was lying in disarray. Jewelery worth lakhs and Rs 5 lakh kept in the cupboard were missing. After the incident, the police searched the CCTV cameras installed in and around the complainant’s house. On the basis of this, there is talk of catching the miscreants soon. A big stone and a knife were also found in the room.
