Jewelry stolen from the neck of a teacher sitting in an auto, suspicion on 3 women

Bilaspur. Gold chain and locket were stolen from the neck of an auto rider teacher in Bilaspur. The teacher was going to the market to buy vegetables, when her jewelry went missing on the way. The teacher suspects that there were three women in the auto in which she was sitting. He must have stolen her jewelry. Police is investigating the matter on the complaint. The case is of City Kotwali police station area.

Trupti Tiwari (59), a resident of Mahamaya Vihar, Ware House, Civil Line area, is a teacher at the Government School in Indrapuri, Hirri. She has complained to the City Kotwali police that on the evening of August 12, she had gone to Shanichari market with her son Atharva to buy vegetables. Mother-son took an auto from Sheffer School Chowk and left for Shanichari market. Meanwhile, on the way to Nehru Chowk, three middle aged women were also sitting in the same auto, whose activities seemed suspicious.

The teacher got down with her son near Shanichari market. After this he came to know that the gold chain and locket were missing from his neck. They searched for the auto driver and the women. But he could not be found. Distressed, the teacher reached the Kotwali police station and complained to the police. On which the police have registered a case under Section 379 and started investigating the matter.
