Jitan Ram Manjhi demanded the Center to impose President’s rule in Bihar
Patna (IANS). Demanding a CBI probe into the death of a BJP worker during the lathi charge on Thursday, former Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi said on Friday that Nitish Kumar is not able to handle Bihar, hence President’s rule should be imposed here.
Talking to reporters in Patna, Manjhi said that Nitish Kumar’s culture changed after going with the culture of those who fed oil with sticks. They mortgaged their culture.
He said, Nitish Kumar’s faith is not on democracy but on lathi tantra. He said that the Center should intervene in the matter of Bihar and impose President’s Rule.
He also said that today Tejashwi Yadav has become CM in true sense and he had already talked about taking revenge from BJP.
He said in a clear tone that Thursday’s incident was an act of revenge. The government should give a compensation of one crore rupees to the family members of BJP worker Vijay Kumar Singh, who was killed in the lathicharge.
In response to a question, he said that the administration is covering up the death of Vijay Singh, that is why the incident should be investigated by the CBI.
