DMK’s election manifesto will be released soon – Kanimozhi
Tamil Nadu: DMK MP, Deputy General Secretary, and head of the manifesto preparation committee, Kanimozhi, said that the DMK’s election manifesto will be released soon.
Speaking to reporters after a consultative meeting of the DMK election report preparation committee at Anna Arivalayam in Chennai on Wednesday, she said:
The DMK’s election manifesto will be released soon. People can share their suggestions through the ‘Paschaichankal’ website portal. They can submit their suggestions in writing and through voice recordings.
Talks with Congress: Discussions with the Congress party are ongoing. Furthermore, only the members of the negotiating team will comment on seat-sharing and other issues. I cannot comment on this. If any new party joins the DMK alliance, Chief Minister Stalin will make the announcement.
Eight MPs from Tamil Nadu, including Su. Venkatesan and Manickam Tagore, have been suspended from the Lok Sabha.
She said that every time Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi rose to speak in the Lok Sabha, he was prevented from doing so, and his remarks were not recorded in the House. That is why everyone had to sit together and participate in the protest.
Ministers Kovi Chezhian, T.R.P. Raja, Palanivel Thiagarajan, DMK Press Committee Chairman T.K.S. Elangovan, and others participated in the consultative meeting.
