Raipur. The National Commission for Scheduled Tribes has taken cognizance of the fake caste certificate issue. The commission has written letters to Sukma and Dantewada collectors asking them to investigate the complaints related to fake caste certificates and take action.

HR Meena, Research Officer, National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, has written a letter to Sukma Collector Harish S, and Dantewada Collector Vineet Nandanwar on the complaint of Satvam Rajarao, a resident of Konta Tehsil of Sukma district. He has written to investigate the complaints of fake caste certificate cases of both the districts and take action. The commission has asked to take action on the complaint letter within 15 days. It has also been said that in case of non-receipt of reply within the said period, the Commission may issue summons to you for your presence.
