Kailash Kher Birthday: Loss in business, broken slippers and thoughts of suicide were very difficult times
Famous Bollywood singer Kailash Kher is celebrating his birthday today. Kailash Kher, who shot himself to the pinnacle of success with songs like ‘Teri Deewani’ and ‘Saiya’, has fans of all age groups. Born on 7 July 1973 in Meerut, UP, Kailash Kher’s father Pandit Mehar Singh Kher was a priest and used to sing in domestic functions. Although his father was associated with music, it was not so easy for Kailash Kher to achieve success in music itself. Especially realizing the dream of becoming a Bollywood singer was very difficult. Although today he has sung about 300 songs of Kailash Kher in 18 languages.
rebellion against family
At the age of 13, Kailash Kher rebelled against his family and made his way from Meerut to Delhi and started learning music after coming to Delhi. Along with this, he also started a small business to earn money, he used to earn money by teaching music to foreigners. After spending a lot of time in Delhi, by the year 1999, Kailash Khel started doing export business with a family friend, but due to losses, the capital also ran out, due to which Kailash Kher became a victim of depression. He even wanted to commit suicide. However, time passed and Kailash moved to Singapore and Thailand to earn money.

After 6 months, Kailash Kher returned to the country from Singapore and Thailand and went to Rishikesh where he spent time with saints and kept singing. Here the sadhus greatly appreciated his singing, due to which Kailash Kher’s self-confidence returned. His dream of becoming a singer resurfaced and he came to Mumbai. However, a great struggle awaited them here. In terms of money, the condition was so bad that he used to roam around the studio wearing broken slippers. One day Ram Sampat asked him to sing an ad jingle and for this he was given Rs 5000.

After years of struggle, Kailash Kher got success in the film Andaz. Kailash sang the film’s song ‘Rabba Ishq Na Hove’, which was liked by the people. But when he lent his voice to the song ‘Alla Ke Bande Hum’ in the film Vaisa Bhi Hota Hai, people started recognizing him. Today Kailash Kher is on the heights of success and has been honored with dozens of awards. In 2009, he married Sheetal, a resident of Mumbai, and the two have a son, Kabir.
