Karl Marx’s statue: The Chief Minister will inaugurate it today.

Tamil Nadu: Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will inaugurate a new statue of Karl Marx in Egmore, Chennai, on Friday (February 6).

Chief Minister M.K. Stalin had announced that a new statue of Karl Marx would be installed in Chennai to enable people to learn about his economic ideas. Accordingly, a new statue of Karl Marx, costing ₹85 lakh, has been installed by the Public Relations Department at the Connemara Public Library in Egmore, Chennai.

Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will inaugurate the statue on Friday (February 6) at 10:00 AM. The Chief Minister will also inaugurate a special photo exhibition at the venue. A video about Karl Marx will also be screened there.
