Kerala: Four people who died in an accident got a new lease of life from a girl’s organs.

KANNUR: A 17-year-old girl, who was undergoing treatment in critical condition after jumping from a school building in Payyavoor, has died. The deceased girl was a Plus Two student, identified as Ayona Monson (17). Her organs will be donated. She was a student of Sacred Heart Higher Secondary School. She was declared brain dead last night. Her organs will be donated to four people undergoing treatment in Thalassery, Kozhikode, and Thiruvananthapuram.

She jumped from the third floor of the school building around 8:30 a.m. on Monday. She was a Plus Two science stream student. The incident occurred just before her exams were due. Police said her mother was going abroad, and she was upset about this. After reaching school in the morning, she went to the roof of the building and attempted suicide.
