Khushi Dubey’s fitness mantra is ‘Yoga, Dance, Nutritious Diet’
New Delhi (IANS). Talking about her fitness, actress Khushi Dubey said that she believes in simple basic exercises like yoga and dance to maintain her flexibility and stamina.
Khushi is currently seen in the romantic thriller ‘Aashikana’ Season 4 as Chikki Sharma.
Talking about her diet and workout routine, Khushi said, “I maintain flexibility and stamina as the action sequences require the same. My character Chikki is a policeman and she is very active in solving cases. She also does a lot of action sequences and dance.
“So to maintain it, I have been doing yoga and dancing. Simple basic exercises keep the body active. My exercise routine usually involves being on the sets, especially during action scenes and other intense moments.”
Khushi further said that diet is very important for body and health. “I keep a very nutritious diet for myself, I avoid all junk food, and I try to drink a lot of water.”
Aashiqana Season 4 also stars Khushi Dubey, Zain Ibad Khan, Himani Shivpuri, Jayati Narula, Indrajit Modi and Geeta Tyagi in lead roles.
