Kiul Police Station President inspected Chhath Ghats
Lakhisarai: On the joint instructions of District Magistrate Amarendra Kumar and Superintendent of Police Pankaj Kumar, Police Station Head DK Pathak conducted on-site inspection of Kiul River Chhath Ghats located in Kiul police station area on Thursday. On the occasion, the police station chief and the concerned zonal officer directed the concerned people on other security points including identifying dangerous Chhath ghats, barricading the Chhath ghats with bamboo for the convenience of Chhath devotees. On the occasion, the police station chief appealed to all the people not to offer Chhath Ardha, especially at the dangerous Chhath ghats with deep water.
On the other hand, instructions were given to the people constructing Chhath Ghat to completely seal the dangerous ghats by vericating them and put up red flags etc. Meanwhile, arrangements for boats and small boats etc. have also been made at various places by the Chhath Ghat Construction Committee. During the inspection, Maheshletta social worker Jitendra Kumar, ward member Vikas Kumar alias Prithvi Kumar, Dinesh Chandravanshi, watchman Bhola Paswan, other police officers and many Ganamandal people were present. During the inspection, Police Station Chief DK Pathak also gave necessary instructions to take care and improve various aspects of the security of the Chhath Ghat being built by many people.
