Kotha Prabhakar Reddy resigns from the post of MP
Medak: Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, who won the recent assembly elections as Dubbak MLA, submitted his resignation as Medak deputy on Wednesday. Submitted his resignation to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla in New Delhi on Wednesday. Reddy won the 2014 partial elections as the deputy of Medak, when BRS president K. Chandrasekhar Rao decided to resign from the post of deputy as he took over as the ministerial chief. Reddy had won the partial election by 3.61 lakh votes. He also won in 2019. In the recent assembly elections, he won from Dubbak by defeating BJP MLA M Raghunandan Rao. Prabhakar Reddy also met Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and asked him to start work on the railway under the bridge between Chegunta and Medak towns in LC No. 228. The Union Minister said while responding positively to his call.
