Lakhs of cash recovered from taxes of BJP leader’s son, investigation underway

Besides, illegal cash and liquor have been recovered and action is being taken. In this series, during checking in Agar Malwa district on Monday, lakhs of rupees were recovered from the car of the son of former BJP MLA. SDOP said that during the investigation, a vehicle was stopped in which Keshav Parmar, son of former MLA Gopal Parmar was sitting. During checking, Rs 2 lakh 30 thousand were recovered from there. Actually, police action regarding model code of conduct is going on continuously in Agar-Malwa. Meanwhile, on Monday night, vehicle checking was being done on Ujjain Road by the police team under the leadership of Agar CSP Motilal Kushwaha.
During this, a white colored Scorpio vehicle was stopped which was found to have a BJP sticker. Police have recovered a large amount of cash from inside the Scorpio vehicle. SDOP Motilal Kushwaha said that upon investigation, Keshav Parmar, son of former BJP MLA from Agar Assembly, was found sitting inside a Scorpio vehicle. The car also belonged to the former MLA. From which a large amount of cash was recovered. Agar Assembly Returning Officer Satyendra Berwa and FST team reached the spot and the cash was seized. At present the investigation is going on. Police said that the team is inquiring about the cash whether it is legal or illegal. Information about its source is also being collected.
