Lawyers say that the magistrate is giving the decision in the preventive action without seeing or hearing the side of the accused, which is wrong. He has also accused the court clerk of demanding money.

District Advocates Association President Sanjay Aggarwal said that like other cases, cases under Section 151 are also heard in the City Magistrate Court. In which the judge gives his decision, but in the hearing of five cases on Wednesday, four were sent to jail while one was released on bail. The lawyers are standing outside.

The lawyers said that they had also filled the surety form for the bail of the accused and were ready to present the bond if needed. But he did not even get a chance to present his side. The lawyers have held Babu responsible for this situation, because he did not give the money to Babu during the bribe. For this reason he was not given a chance to present his side.
